Why can I not take this damn pound off??? IT has been torturing me. When I stop losing I feel like I am failing and want to stray away from my diet... UGGHH!!

Hey Girlie, You must keep on track. You will be rewarded but sometimes it takes days to see the impact of our decisions.
Try to stay focused each meal and each workout on that moment.
I promise it will work.
Keep posting and logging your foods and stay true to your commitments.
