Weighed in officially at my surgeon's office yesterday. Per their scale I am down 100lbs. I also heard from my DR's. office and my blood test #s are great as well! :)
189.6 kg Lost so far: 45.4 kg.    Still to go: 76.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
