Hasil setelah diet flexibel dan rutin olah raga setelah 2bln turun 7kg. Dari 55,5kg ke 48.5kg. Tapi bodyfat masih sadisss harusnya 19%, trakhir 5 hari yg lalu ukur gileee kaget, ternyata 27%😭
Jadi tambah motivasi utk mengurangi fat 8% lagi. Tetep semangat💪💪💪
48.5 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
