I lost another pound this week, but more importantly I can actually see changes happening almost day to day. Everything I wear is feeling more loose and I am get leaner and leaner. It's very cool. I think it is attributed to eating low carb pre-4pm then restoring glycogen with bigger meals at night.

I am excited for my Spike Days on Friday and Saturday, and then Sunday I hit the gym and go back to eating clean.

I feel I have 100% control over my body right now, and my body does what I want it to do.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week

Isn't it supposed to be the other way round Russel? Eating Low carb at night ? Or is this a body build thing? Whats your science..
