I rode my 7.5 miles again yesterday. Instead of taking an hour, it took 36 minutes!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I am right on track with my challenge (lost about a pound in three days) and Daniel has lost around four and a half pounds! I don't see how it's possible, but it's definitely not water weight. Good job babe!
73.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
