The scale is my friend again...recording food and weight daily really helps. I love (sometimes hate) the stark reality of the facts.
Planked 2 minutes yesterday.
Total: 3 minutes; 57 to go for our challenge. I'd better step it up a bit!
88.8 kg Lost so far: 23.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
