Update: 13,027 steps today = two (2) 45" sessions on treadmill.
Day 12 - no cigarettes, no alcohol - very limited computer (only this site and one other for no more than 1/2 hr a day) and !Whew! Finally a drop :);
77.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
