Timbangan Akhir Minggu ke-48 IF-ketogenic: naek setengah kilo dibanding 2 minggu lalu hehehe...gk kaget banyak cheat minggu lalu :D..target breakdown 75 sebelum diaktifkan kembali sebelum taon baru :))
76.6 kg Lost so far: 29.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
