Got scared by the number of my current weight 3 days ago. It was 129 lbs. Today after 3 days of exercising and diet it is around 126. Just a little left till my previous starting weight - 125.
Any advice on how to burn fat? I am moderately doing weights and afraid muscles will grow on top of my fat.
56.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
