Ooooops, it feels like a "plateau". Because I've been doing things right, but I stuck at 104,0-104,4. So I guess it is time to increase my excercise time and load. Last week I managed 3X40' jogging. I need to bring that up to 4-5 times a week and 50' or 60' per time. Not so easy with my working hours... Let's see...
