Morning exercise
Yoga: 20 min
Treadmill: 15 min, 3-4 mph intervals, 2-3 incline

Not "running" but it's a start plus with the yoga I worked out almost twice my time yesterday.
Didn't feel like working out this morning but as soon as I got in there I was ready to go.
I had a bads night sleep last night. Could not go to sleep so I was up past one and than at 2:30 oneof my kids got up twice with in a half hour and than another kid woke up at around five I think. Up early to take the kids to school.
Feeling fine now but hope to get some sleep tonight.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job on the exercise, Sarah. You're the second person who told me that they had a bad night's sleep last night. Hope you catch up. Are the boys (not Joe) all back to school? How's your mom. She must be up to something these days.
