So dissapointed in myself. We sold our house and baught a new one and within this 6 month period I was not monitoring myself correctly. The only positive for me out of this is that for the first time in my life I acknowledge I slipped and I am not worried. From today its back to normal and I pledge to be back where I was by Christmas.
