Kept on plan even though we were traveling for my son's soccer tournament. Packed my own breakfast (sausage, mushroom, broccoli casserole) and then either ate at Culver's (Culver's Deluxe Double (bunless) with side salad) or BW3 (wings and a salad). First DOctors appointment since starting Keto this coming Monday. Will get blood drawn today.
