Last night I started to binge a little. As long as it doesn't happen everyday I should stay on track. I finally ate all the chocolate cake slices I had frozen, so that will be one less temptation. i really can't have junk food in my house or I will binge on it. I think it is helpful if I sip on a diet soda all day. It feels like a treat.
47.4 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
