Running has really done it for me I think. I might not be dropping the pounds as fast as I thought I would be...BUT I am dropping inches. I went through my closet yesterday and I fit into jeans I have not worn in YEARS! Like pre-baby jeans! I was never so excited!

I just have to be more careful with food. I am not doing very well in that area. I know what I need to do, I just have to do it! Sigh.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Hey, I wouldn't be worrying about the food so much if you're losing inches and getting into your skinny clothes. Great job on the running!!
