I learned you can eat or drink just about anything in moderation, just remember your
daily calorie intake allowance which I also learned can be increased with any excercise that burns calories. Also please don't eat if you are not hungry, its called fasting.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
