Disappointing but still a loss... And it takes me back into the 80's. I am now 0.8kg away from my October mini target And hope I can do it this week! I have done one boxing session and one spinning class last week and I'm looking to up my exercise this week to 3-4 classes. I have noticed my stomach has gotten smaller, more tight but I need to work on all over body toning along losing weight as I don't want to get saggy hanging skin. Best of luck guys for this week x
