last night my weight was 171.3 before I went to sleep w/ a bmi of 30.9 I weighed in at 170.8 before my shower 🚿 and him was 30.7. Feelin good, proud, and strong 💪 I'm only eating when my stomach growls, and TRYING to having things that are good for me 💟
