I am up a pound but again I think this is due to the increase in exercise. I am feeling more firmness and my clothes are looser than before. I don't think I will be seeing any weight loss for a few weeks.
52.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Me too I seem to be able to wear smaller size clothes but my weight doesn't go down much but all is good
