I'm just starting out in trying to lose weight and I'm not sure how you're going about your diet. But for me, having protein keeps me full because I've cut out 'carby' food. So, eggs with avo or another fruit. Bananas and apples are quite filling for me. Again, this may just work for me and I'm not the most knowledgeable on diets. Good luck :)

Eggs is the best for me and avo toast. Usually stay super full after that. Add mince or chicken and I will skip lunch.

Whole Avo with 3 Bacon, 2 eggs fried in butter or coconut oil with pan fat poured over and plate scraped dry every day for 3 years. Never ever get munchies until very late afternoon. Then maybe a stick of dry wors or biltong or cheese to keep me until dinner. Stay away from starches but lots of stir fried veg and 100-150gms meat with maybe a glass of red wine. Lost and kept off 13kgs for a long time. Not really losing much weight now but clothes keep getting looser and I have way more energy to exercise regularly

Fried egg, 2 bacon rashers, half an avo and 100g boerewors. Tons of fat and protein. I find when i have double fat plain yogurt, muesli and banana, it doesnt last long. I however have found something to fill the gap in between, and i have it as my snack meals. USN Diet fuel shake or USN Diet Whey Isolean- also got stacks of protein, so helps keep your macros in check as well.

I find that half a orange or grapefruit. 1 slice of toast with a tablespoon of peanut butter works well..

40 grams gluten free oats soaked overnight with 2 scoops of protein powder. Then in the morning add 1/2 cups of cooked, cooled cauliflower rice (this bulks it up and makes it more filling). Add toppings like peanut butter, Goji berries, chai seeds, etc. I have 2 naartjies after. You should hit all your macros, nutrients, fiber etc. with this! No doubt that will fill you up

Cooked oats with honey instead of sugar, keeps me way past two pm with a cup of coffee at 11 and maybe a fruit ... and I still have enough energy to train at lunch time
