I started this journey a while ago feeling like I needed to change, but not 100% committed. This all changed about 6 weeks ago when I went shopping and only size 18 + pants would fit me (yikessssss)

If ever I needed motivation that was it. I was 250lbs and gave myself a 30day challenge which included exercise, diet and no alcohol. The goal was to lose 10lbs through diet and exercise. I did a complete mental makeover and have changed the way I eat, my portions and my attitude. Though I did not make 10lbs I did make it to 8lbs, 7inches and am extremely proud.

I hope to continue the momentum and have a new 30 day challenge starting up :)
110.0 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
