31.5% BF. Surprised at how much I ate yesterday because it didn't seem like that much. Worked out for 2 hrs which was nice - abs class, weights, jogging/stair machine for 3 minutes.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
