I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I ate out at Stonefire on Saturday, Cafe Carolina on Sunday and Lure on Monday. I’m adding weight from the meals and I feel stupid.
49.2 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
