one the right track lost 5 lbs this month finally after two months . Hope it goes smooth this month. cholesterol down 40 points and A1C is at 6. yay me!
149.9 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 59.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
