working with a nutritionist and finally losing the weight. Wow, so surprised at how much food I've been eating of the wrong stuff. SO many empty calories. Now, i eat all day long, about every 2 hours. Losing about 1-2 lbs a week. Love it. Started at 183, now I'm 153.
Goal, 145. Good luck to all.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
