Up quite a bit, but I have been travelling. Plus, I seem to be retaining fluid. I seem to be stable in the range just above and just below my goal weight so I'm not worried.
74.5 kg Lost so far: 78.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
