Pms is gone, started 4 day anti bloat Flat Belly Diet. Each meal is accompanied with one glass of Sassy Water (mint, cucumber slices, lemon slices, ginger, water, and 1 packet of Crystal light On The Go Lemon Berry drink mix). Might not taste the best, but it definitely helps get rid of the extra water weight.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
