It took me over 15 minutes to get on,thought it would storm before I could finish everything.I did have some weight come off but no enough to change my numbers this week. I feel next week would show better. This morning the sun coming up was nothing but a big ball of red orange fire.Hot day in Fl,94 expected in the interior, little cooler out on the coast.
I can hear thunder in the distance, regular summertime doings for this time of the year.
Trying to add different breakfast each morning, always depend on eggs because they are the quickest along with the bacon.Going to check out some sites for ideas.I know you can eat a variety of foods that you might eat for lunch or dinner.Sometimes its hard to think of a salad for breakfast. But there are other things to choose from.
I will be very curious about how my blood work turns out,we go on the 15th so I shall see at that time.I see a T4 along with TSH was done again for my thyroid which is slower then slow.
I better move along or storms will be here before I'm finishing with all the recording I want to do.
Have a wonderful day, success to all.Hello to my buddies who are so supportive. Thank you

Wasn't that sun rise spectacular this morning? While I hate being up so early, my drive to work this time of year is always so amazing. Well hope you have a wonderful day too and crossing my fingers the weather holds out long enough.

Ahh, MAry Ellen, red sun a dawn sailor's be warned!!!! I love the afternoon thunderstorms. The sound of thinder, and the breezes. It stormed here earlier today, and cooled things down to about 72 degrees. I always have eggs and meat for breakfast. It is what I like, but I can see how it could get boring for some! Hope you find something yummy!!

It was huge and from where we were there were some small clouds in front so it looked like the gasous funes radiating from it. One of the most spectacular I have witnessed in a while.

I hope the storm blew over Mary Ellen although, I just LOVE thunderstorms on a warm afternoon or evening. I like to sit outside and watch the light show. I just have trouble finding anyone who'll sit out with me. I just don't know why that is <grins>

I like storms too, I was thinking about the sun you mentioned this morning, on CNN they were talking about solar flares and how they can interupt satelite communication. I hope your blood tests show improvement Mary Ellen and you are right we are slow but its going to go. :)
