OK, so it's still the same, so that makes 6 weeks plateau, BUT I am really kicking ass this week with the exercising. I kind of fell out of my routine after not seeing ANY results but I am back and I know that scale is gonna move soon! I am also trying some Atkins principles, though modified, this week and we'll see if it helps! Although, my best friend is getting married on Sunday and there are festivities all weekend so I will be indulging on wedding cake, yes I will, so I won't be worried about that.
