Makannya ngabisin 70% AKG gegara ngabisin roti tawar yg mau exp sama tadi mampir pasar beli keripik😩...efeknya lemes ngantuk. Tapi dipaksain beres2 rumah...Workoutnya libur dulu deh...kleyengan trlalu banyak karbo keknya gula darah langsung melonjak.
