Had a great day yesterday, went to a favorite winery with a friend, participated in a BBQ and only ate a little bit of the food. did not feel deprived nor did I really want to eat it but was starved. Went on a Jet Boat ride up the Skagit River, that was a thrill, a beautiful day in the Pacific Northwest, one we've had too few of lately and back to raining today.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
