So, yesterday I started making my first herbalife shake with protein. I'm going to try taking some of the vitamins, but not all of them since some may interact/decrease the efficiency of my antibiotics (cipro).
105.7 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
