I'm still gaining weight... I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you eating enough protein?? Too much sodium if you gain 5 lbs overnight it is impossible to gain 5 lbs of fat overnight so it has to be water. Are you eating processed or food from a restaurant that has lots of sodium. I would drink a lot of water to flush the water gain. Hang in there!
