So...yea, I'm feeling better.

Now, I'm trying really hard not to poison my body with a bunch of crazy stuff (and get sick, again).

Selah, no more drinking juice/soda (when thirsty, or in need of a drink to wash down a meal).
106.3 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
