Having a rough time. I don't know why. I've been sticking to my calories, watching what I eat, and eating much much better. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if I already hit another plateau. I guess I'll be worried if this lasts more than a week.

Your caloric intake looks good. Your choice of foods is very interesting, lol! It does look like you have been hovering in the same area for a couple of weeks. Are you exercising? If not and you can, it might help get the scale moving again. Make sure you get enough protein and are getting enough fruits and veggies too. Are you drinking water to flush out sodium? Go through your food diaries and see how much processed foods you have been eating. Switching things up might help. Good luck!
