I have been feeling really good these days.I'm exercising 5 to 6 days a week from 45 to 60 minutes each time. I'm eating ever better than before and not feeling like I can't eat the foods I like. I'm making better choices and when I do want to snack, I can pick foods than are still very satisfying and won't kill my day of hard work. I've lost another 1/4" off my waist and my abs. I've walked 140 miles from Jan. 1st. of this year to the end of May. I have more energy and feel like working out again!
