Not eating that coleslaw and carrot salad on Monday may have broken my heart, but it most certainly did not stop my weight loss!! I am so glad I have been able to keep it up this long. Im gonna stay true to myself and my body by doing just what I was prescribed. Woot!!!!!
143.3 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 53.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
