So I didn't weigh in for a while as I'd been on holiday and managed to put on nearly a stone! Having been good for the last 5 days I've lost 6lbs of the 12lbs I'd put on. I think I'm back on the horse now, but I'm working from home today and of course there is the dreaded weekend to contend with. As a motivator I found a very nearly new pair of jeans I stopped wearing about 3 years ago now fit again so chuffed with that. Question is will they still do up on Monday? Right now I'm fairly strong and I know that if I have any chance of getting to 17st by next Sunday 23rd I'm going to have to really be great with that ambitious target.
