Last night I began my exercise routine.
From what I've been reading, 20 minutes of intense exercise (let's see you sweat) is optimal for weight loss.
So I did 10 minutes of stair climbing (17 flights) and 10 minutes of arm exercises using 5lb weights.
It was a very intense workout for me, I was dripping by the time I was done, but this is do-able!
112.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 53.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
