Down .1. That makes down 1.5 for the week. Success! However the real success is I met my goal for the week which is 1200-1500 calories a day with a total of 10 miles on the tread mill 3mph at a 5 % grade. Slow and steady.
72.0 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
