Doing well on my diet. Bringing my food for lunch and having healthy snacks at night is helping.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's what I have to do too, carry lunch. Then I have to make myself eat it instead of something else. Sometimes I have to be sure I have NOT cash money with me at work..to avoid the snack machine temptation. What are your night time snacks?
