Back on track! I'm not up to intermittent fasting yet, but I do not eat after my 5 pm supper until 6:45-7am time frame. I've replaced my morning coffee that has sugar with green tea, almond milk, and a teaspoon of coconut oil. I'm also cooking my eggs in coconut oil. I've nearly eliminated all added sugar this week (not quite, but close). My daily sugar intake is looking better overall.
89.3 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
