I've lost another 6 months with no success. Last night I saw Dr. Ian Smith say that weight loss is not accomplished in huge, radical steps, but in small consistent changes. He said to make those changes and to "Own your weight" right now my weight owns me and has for about 20 years. I'm sick of it.
109.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
