Just spent 6 days in Cozumel, and ate quite a few things that weren't on the approved list. I didn't lose control, but did enjoy a lobster and a beer here and there (one beer a day). My exercise level was also increased due to scuba diving twice each day, and taking long walks, which probably helped my gain to be (only) 1 pound. All in all, it wasn't as bad as I figured it might be. Back on track now!
