Finally broke the 190's!! {{Happy Dance}} It has taken forever, and did it the day AFTER the BBQ! I'm happy, now to break the 180's, hopefully it won't take as long. Going walking later.
Walked 2 miles. 5514 steps.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
