Marginal weight drop (.2 lbs) over the past six days, but it's better than gaining.
I'm on a keto diet and I'm trying to keep carb intake under 100g. per day. It is hard to hit the 80% saturated fat goal, but I'm learning what to eat and what to avoid.
112.2 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Advice from one keto-er to another: I would suggest, net carb total of no more than 30-50 (total carbs minus fiber) 100g is great if you're Atkins low carb, but won't get you into ketosis. If you wanna read more about it, check out www.ruled.me . it's been my #1 resource
