Another milestone. I'm just below 265. I've lost 21.5 pounds in 4 1/2 weeks. That ain't too shabby.

I have had to adjust my insulin back upwards, but I am confident it's just my body 'setting in' to this new way of eating, and I'll be reducing the dosages again soon.

I'm happy.
120.0 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 56.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
