Was I surprised to see that I've lost weight while I was so sick with flu and chest infection😰. I'm so happy...thought I'll have to start all over. IF really works to put your body in that fat burning state.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
