Slowed down on the weight loss. I haven't exercised as much as I normally due to change in schedule, and my average calorie intake is a little higher then what I want.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
