I am writing this journal as a COMMITMENT to MYSELF. I WILL lose weight. MY GOAL is to lose 43lbs by 12/24/12. I am planning on beginning this diet/exercise plan on 8/27/12. But may start walking sooner. I WILL document everyday from now on just because I want to look back at my accomplishments during my challenge. MY ULTIMATE GOAL is to be under 120lbs. I WANT to live a healthier lifestyle.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Hey - Welcome aboard! It's great to have set goals, and you sound like you are preparing yourself for SUCCESS!!! If you have questions, or need help...jump right in and ask... lot's of helpful folks around this site. Good luck to you...and let the losing begin!
